Office Locations & Hours of Operation

• Trafalgar Campus - located inside the bookstore, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
• Davis Campus - C206, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
• HMC Campus - B376, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm 

Sheridan will be closed starting Friday, December 22 and will re-open on January 2, 2024. All offices will be closed. We will respond to your email on a first come, first served basis when we re-open. 

Locker Rental 

• 1-Semester Locker Rental: $20.00+HST
• 2-Semester Locker Rental: $30.00+HST
• Students are allowed to register for one (1) locker at their designated campus.

SHERIDAN PARKING SUMMARY

• Parking permits and passes are enforced Monday-Friday.
• Physical permits will no longer be required at Trafalgar and Davis Campus. Parking will be monitored using license plate recognition software (LPR).
• Employees and students working and studying at HMC are required to display a valid Sheridan permit while parked in the Cineplex/IMAX lot. 
• Parking spaces are limited. Purchasing a permit does not guarantee a space will always be available. If permits are sold out, select 'Add to waitlist'. You will be notified if a permit becomes available.

VEHICLE REGISTRATION SUMMARY

• Parking Permits are allowed to have a maximum of four vehicles registered, but only one vehicle is allowed to be on campus at a time. Tickets will be issued for other vehicles on campus at the same time. 
• You can update your vehicle information temporarily or permanently at any time by selecting the modify vehicles tile on the homepage.
• Parking Services is not responsible in the event a ticket or warning is issued due to an individual inputting an incorrect license plate.
